Tamara offers a holistic approach to managing ADHD in adults. She began her coaching career after discovering misconceptions about ADHD during her graduate research and was diagnosed while in her current PhD in clinical psychology training. 

Tamara's background in sociocultural anthropology and psychology at the University of California, Davis has equipped her with a diverse range of skills that contribute to her PhD research on ADHD and mindfulness. With a holistic approach, Tamara emphasizes the importance of addressing all aspects of life, including physical health, mental well-being, and personal relationships. Mindfulness exercises are central to Tamara's customized plans for individuals with ADHD. These exercises help individuals develop self-awareness, focus, and emotional regulation, which can be critical areas of difficulty for people with ADHD.
